Tournament Rules

These are the rules for competing at the tournaments. Please take your time and read through them.

Please be aware that these rules are iron clad. There will be no exceptions as it needs to be fair to all. No one is exempt from these rules. Please follow these so everyone can have good fair games, which will make everyone enjoy the tournaments more

General Rules and Information

  1. The "League of Legends" Server is EU West (EUW)
  2. The games played will be streamed live on Scrap_Computer's ("Scrap") Twitch© channel (http://twitch.tv/Scrap_Computer)
  3. The games will be shoutcasted live by Scrap
  4. Do not be toxic to your team, other teams, any moderators or administrators
  5. You are allowed to write in /all-chat. But remember the Summoner's Code

Account

  1. All participants must be Gold I or under (except "High-ELO Tournaments", see Point 3)
  2. If the participant was diamond or above last season, the participant is not allowed to participate (except "High-ELO Tournaments", see Point 3)
  3. High ELO Tournaments: Only players whose accounts are Gold V or above are eligible to participate in high ELO tournaments. High ELO tournaments are explicitly marked in the tournament list
  4. The participant must play on his own main account
  5. No one else than the participant is allowed to play on the participant's account
  6. It is forbidden for a participant to play on an alternative account ("smurfing")
  7. All accounts will be checked for "smurfs"

Substitute

  1. It is allowed to bring in a substitute if one of your team members is not able to play.
  2. The substitute has to accept and satisfy these rules, especially the rules described in "Account" above
  3. Only substitutes who were approved by a moderator or Scrap himself are allowed
  4. As soon as the original team member is able to play, the substitute has to leave and make place for the original team member

Breaking The Rules

  1. If any participant breaks one or more of the rules mentioned on this page, the participant and the participant's team will be instantly disqualified from the tournament
  2. If and only if one team member breaks these rules, only the accused will be banned, but the team will still be disqualified
  3. If two or more team members break these rules, the whole team will be banned
  4. Disqualified participants are not eligible to win any prizes
  5. Banned participants are not eligible to participate in future tournaments
  6. Banned participants are not eligible to play in normal games and custom games on Scrap's stream
  7. Banned participants may only be unbanned by an administrator
